ADHD Coaching Process

1. Complimentary Phone Consultation

The first step is a complimentary consultation by phone. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions about the coaching process. You’ll get more clarity about whether coaching is right for you, and together we’ll start to get a sense of whether we’d make a good team.

2. In-Person Meeting

When we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a two-hour, face-to-face meeting. I will send you some forms to complete in advance to help you clarify your priorities. We’ll review everything together and collaborate on a plan to achieve your goals.

3. Ongoing Coaching

Following this initial intake session, we’ll schedule weekly 45-60 minute sessions that can take place on the phone or in person. In between sessions, I am available for support by phone or email. The length of time it will take to make changes that become part of your life varies, but I ask for a minimum commitment of three months to give you an opportunity to be successful.

Flexible Scheduling & Pricing

The initial two-hour session is billed separately at a flat rate. After that, I offer a range of flexible monthly plans based on frequency of contact. I’m willing to work with you to negotiate a plan you can afford. I also periodically support worthy causes by negotiating a sliding scale fee with clients who commit to volunteering with a non-profit organization of their choice.
